Videos have step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the forms.
Deathcafe.com: An international calendar of upcoming “death cafes,” this website lists when and where people of all ages can meet to discuss life and death matters.
Of course I already mentioned doulas but I feel they are so important I am going to give the info again. Inelda.org The International End of Life Doula Association includes a directory of theses experts who can help people come to terms with issues related to their deaths. Some, much like birth doulas, will work with a person to help memorialize their lives and face their dealth.
