We love deeply so we grieve deeply. There are some things good about grief as impossible as that sounds, but there are. For one thing grief makes us much more sensitive and understanding to other peoples pain. And a pain shared is is pain halved.
Speak to others about the good times you had with your loved one. Focus on finding the right people who will help you heal. Pray to God to heal with knowing you will heal. Try meditation even of it is just being aware of your breath that will help you to relax even for a moment. If you find you are thinking negative thoughts be compassionate with yourself or others even for a moment.
Try to maintain peace in all your relationships. Pamper yourself and do anything that makes you happy. Find an attitude of gratitude, make a gratitude list, You still had that person in your life, even if it was only for a short time. Read about grief, and talk to others about your anger if it be a religious person, need be a grief counselor, a therapist, or a good friend. Just don’t hold things in, share them, you will not suffer more than you have to.
